Hi gals, Am going to give this recipe a try this week, it sounds super healthy, as goes one step further than using wholemeal flour, and uses whole grains. Here is link if anyone curious. BTW, has anyone ever seen whole wheat berries for sale anywhere? Hi Renaee Try Friends of the Earth on Smith St. They did have some wheat berries there ages ago. |
